The new gen Tundras look a hell of a lot better than the last ones. Had it had an engine replacement yet?
so far they are the best among 4 big ones.
The engine problems are in a very small part of 2022 models. No others have those issues. The big noise is because it is Toyota with the best motor and reliability which is not supposed to have any problem. It is like when a dog barks, it is OK but id a cat barks, everyone pays attention. Ford, GM and Ram has 10 times more problems which they are not willing to admit. Toyota not only admitted, it fixed the issue and changes motors for free. No other manufacturer would do it.

Yeah I think you should do some more research, 2022-2024 are all having major bottom end failures. Also Toyota is leaving people out to dry if the failure happens after the warranty is up. There is a reason some dealerships will not take these in on trade and also why the second gen is selling at a higher price used than the third gen. Not talking crap here, just stating facts.

I might have to keep that in mind when it's time to retire the Ram.

Those Toyotas are good for a CGVWR of some 40,000 lbs. aren't they?

Those toyotas are good for everything they are supposed to be good at. and they don't have to prove anything to any smart a$$es.

I traded in a 2017 Tacoma in 2019 for a Ranger. That was shortest time I have ever owned a vehical for. Still drive that ford today and I rolled over 65K with it. Would buy another but no more toys here.
