Moving a young raccoon

I haven't seen him the last 3 or 4 days which includes early AM's and PM's with the light.
Probably discovered your neighbor’s trash or chicken coop

My sister actually did that to her ex husband the day she left him. He was an abusive alcoholic.

He woke up duct taped to the bed getting the tar beat out of him with a broom handle.
I hope she didn't serve too much time at the Graybars Motel.

Doubtful.

My wife and I were just commenting on the fact that the rented mobile home on one side doesn't seem inhabited anymore. On the other side, we have my neighbors unvaccinated rather large dog who roams freely who will most likely keep him at bay (what concerns me if that dog ever got bit, because apparently he got into with a rabid fox a couple of years ago when the owner called animal control). The one chicken coop is up the road, need to know the layout, but not likely he could get in there.

But hey, who knows...

She didn't spend any time. Dude went on a bender and blacked out for the weekend.

He was miserable too her and beat her up. She git her breaking point. Waited for him to pass out and ducked taped him to the bed frame.

Then she waited for him to sober up.

When he came too, he found himself ducked taped to the bed and started getting belligerent.

She snapped, beat him senseless with the broom and promptly left.

As far as I know, there wasnt even a police report filed.

And I doubt anyone would have pressed charges on her after viewing her injuries.

She left the state and never talked to him again.

It sounds like she's fortunate that she didn't wind up with legal problems. The better option would have been for her to split from this worthless bum the first time he beat her. You said there was never a police report filed. I don't know if that was referring to a report filed by her but it seems that she could have avoided the whole thing by reporting the battery to Law Enforcement when he beat her the first time.

This happened over 40 years ago. It was a different time and place back then.

Now they would arrest the victim and charge with assault

That's because the victim didn't press charges.

That said, 40 years ago, I guess it kind of appropriate if a man wanted to beat a woman.

THERE is a scenario where I can understand SSS.

Yeah, drugs and booze were involved as well. There would have been a strong desire to not involve the police by the man.

We complain a lot about laws today and I get it, but the reality is driving drunk has always been a issue since the invention of the automobile (don't think there were laws about riding a horse plastered before the car came around LOL).

Like anything else, laws tend to get abused and sometimes not used for their original intent. All one has to do is look at "agencies" created to handle things...

Nature of man for better or worse.

Shower, Sh*t, Shave?
If there were a contest on that, I guarantee you I could win an olympic medal for time (and we could throw "eat" in there as well) :ROFLMAO: Wife still thinks it's odd that I'm brushing my teeth either in the shower or on the hopper. Also gave up on shaving because I don't have to now, saves more time:ROFLMAO:

Hay Dude hit the nail on the head

Shoot, shovel, shut pie hole...

Did that this morning Even brushed my teeth
Up here in some parts of PA, it could be brushing tooth. :ROFLMAO:

We got some folks west of here that think possum is “the other white meat”.

Fun fact: The toothbrush was invented in PA. If it was invented anywhere else, it would have been called a teethbrush.

(I actually learned that as a Kentucky joke, but I decided to alter it. )

PA has been described by many as, "Philadelphia and Pittsburg, with Alabama in-between." :ROFLMAO:

I'm not sure if that's unfair to PA, or unfair to Alabama, but it gets the point across.
