I broke down and bought a little AGT excavator today. It's hilarious. It has a 15-horse gas motor. Weighs a ton.

It was brand new, and the guy who had it sold it very cheap, so I could not say no. I think it will be incredibly handy around the farm.

Now I have to go through it and get rid of the Chinese gremlins.

A Kubota RCR1248 rotary cutter for the NH 25S and a ULINE jack stand for the Big Tex 14GN. It may go several months between trips and the hydraulic jacks leak down. The jack stand will take the pressure off the system.

Nothing huge but it sure beats listening to my phone for a radio. I just installed a Kenwood DMX908S Monitor and Receiver in the truck. Also got the SiriusXM receiver. This thing is crazy. It starts talking to my phone as soon as I start the engine. I think it knows where I'm going before I do.

What sold me was the USB-C input/output remote port. I can play all my oldies from a thumb drive. It also has HDMI input but I don't know what I'd use that for. Just got it up and running yesterday after three days of removing the old radio and related wiring then installing this. I think it doubled the value of my truck.

It is an M car from BMW's motorsport division. The M model offered increased power and suspension rigidity over the standard Z3 model. Also has wider rear body to fit wider rear tires, heated sport seats, and a limited slip differential. It has a N52 6 cylinder 3.2 L naturally aspirated engine making 240 hp with 236 ft pds torque mated to a 5 spd transmission. This classic has only 22k original miles and I am the second owner. This car will be used for canyon and mountain cruises locally. It replaces a Porsche I had for 5 yrs as that car was just too fast making 90 mph in 3rd gear with 3 more to go . Sold it before I went to jail or killed myself, like the Harley before... I had a Z4 yrs ago which was nice. The Z 3M harkens back to the days of a more visceral analog roadster experience. I'm excited for it to arrive :D

Jeez scootr, even I did eventually learned that a car can be driven slower than what it's capable of. It took a while, but it can be done.

My Harley was sold because of how people behaved on the roads in SoCal.

Congrats, great car. I have a 98 Z3 2.8 (M52) not the M version. Minor correction in the quoted post above Scootr; the 1998 Z3 M is equipped with a S52 3.2L motor. Enjoy.

The popular old saying is ; It's more fun to drive a slow car fast than a fast car slow

Yep, and I had a lot of fun doing that in SoCal.

Here, the 40-100 hp light and nimble cars still cornered great, but...to go uphill from 7,500 to 10,000+ feet was a different story with naturally aspirated cars.

So I switched to supercharged V8s. Sure, the cornering isn't comparable, but those 100 to 400 feet to the next curve can be done much quicker.
