We had a milk house that had a cement tank. The tank was filled with cold water. Ten gallon milk cans full of milk were placed in the cold water for cooling.

No cement tank but had a " milk cooler", around 4 ft square metal container with copper coils in water. same 10 gallon milk cans.

I played in and around the entire grounds for about 24 years. The only thing I ever saw was cows, pigs, the farmer, and a bunch of mentally handicapped senior citizens that liked to climb on the hay wagon and get taken over to the Little League at the end of the property by the farmer to watch some ball games.

The only strange things going on over there was us kids throwing snowballs at cars.

That's different than an investigation. We've investigated many places and there's a technique using equipment. A place like that IMO would have lots of activity especially with jail cells in the basement.
I have lots of audio/video that would make your hair stand on end! (Unless you're like me with no hair! ).

One of my former employees, who just passed was into it. He was really into it….
Now I guess he can investigate it from the inside!
