Good Tractor Morning,
Ct, 28 too start start going to 37. Went out for the paper at 5:15 and nothing on the ground yet.
Hopefully it warms enough here to change to rain before it even starts.

Long day at work yesterday, didn’t get out until 5. Looks like I will go back in on Thursday.

Bill, I see they put cones in front of both lanes for the asphalt, so I’m thinking that’s it for this year here.
I had to wait in line yesterday to load the truck, fortunately not long.
Today I have a random drug test scheduled for 9:30 at Quest Diagnostics. While I was in our office yesterday morning, the dispatcher was filling out the forms I need to bring for the drug test. A new question on the form was how do I identify. She asked me if I identify as Gender Queer 😂. I told her if she checked that box not to tell my wife 😉😂

Hope that gives you guys a chuckle this morning 😉😂

Hope all have a safe and blessed day 🙏
Scott Thanks for the QSL card! Sorry I don't have them anymore I've moved twice and they were outdated! I do have a very few I have received over the years posted here most were QRP. QSL Cards

As promised, here's the picture with the snowblower mounted, and yes, I did get the lean out of it finally:
Looks an awful lot like my old Woods SB64S, which I sold back around 2020! They're good little workhorses, it never encountered anything it wouldn't churn and throw with relative ease. Keep it greased yearly, or more if it sees a lot of hours, and the thing will outlive you!

I grew up in N Ohio. I don't remember having many snow days. Not like NC. When I first moved here they were closing the whole state based on a 1" forecast. Amazed me!
Has more to do with ability to manage or remove, than amount of snow received. Southern states just can't justify the cost of equipment that might only get used once per year.

Timing is also a factor. Our schools are closed today, for a wintery mix that would be just another Tuesday for the schoolbus drivers later in the year. This pattern is predictable and regular, year after year, with them closing for minor winter weather events in Novermber or December that would be totally ignored as "regular weather" by February.

No closure for snow story. While traveling home and in Fargo ND for lunch, a fellow stopped at our table and asked "are you guys for Hancock-Houghton? I taught at Finlandia!" which is a locale university now gone. He had seen our home town on a t-shirts we wore. We chatted with him for a while and heard this story.

We moved there in the fall (some date) and our kids were in basketball so when the weather station called for 6 or more inches of snow that day, we told ourselves "that game will be canceled" and they didn't! We later learned they'd never cancel for that modest amount and life went on with minimal change. We got used to it. :)

If both lights are out, it’s a safe bet that it has nothing to do with the fixtures. I wouldn’t start taking them apart until I checked the wiring going to them. I agree that the bottom fixtures are not the best, but this is a good example of confirmation bias.
just need to see if juice is coming into fixture, if not for sure other problems
I have had repeated bulb contact problems with these Hella fixtures and had to replace one of them.
interestingly, and thankfully, the secondary light assembly you helped me install on same side works fine.
