Bought a new Ipad to replace my older one that 8s having trouble holding a charge. I waited for cyber monday to purchase the one i wanted, and i saved nearly $200 from the price i was seeing in last September when i decided to purchase it. Its supposed to arrive next monday. Ended up getting it from Costco online as i like their return policy if i have any issues.

At Costco we get 5% back on gas. When other stations charge $3.29, Costco has it for $2.90. Then the 5% cash back makes it more like $2.76.

There are two Costcos near us - 15 minutes one way and 30 the other. We get close to on or the other so frequently that we seldom get gas elsewhere. And yes, stopping in for a tub of sour cream often means hitting $150 at the checkout.

Years ago we took one of the Grandgirls along on a Costco shopping trip. Told our Son that a lady asked which aisle we found her in. Son said "That lady should know better. Costco doesn't sell anything that little". Oh, we just ordered a new beach towel there:

My big purchase this week!

I bought a new pair of felt pak boots.

My old old ones were completely shot, so last year I bought a new set, and because one foot was swelled a bit from an injury, I thought nothing of the fact that one boot fit a bit tighter. I thought no big deal, the swelling will go down and I lived with it!

Now it's a year later and that boot is still tighter than I want, so I took a good look at it, AND that dam-boot is one size smaller than the other!!

It's too late to take them back now, so I ordered a new set in the bigger size, and YES I check the size on both boots! lol

BTW, both sets were FREE, because I bought them with my Cabelas points.

Two things:
A headband magnifier. This one has LED illumination and assortment of interchangeable lenses. Rechargeable batteries plugs into a phone charger. $26
A transport chair I ordered for my Mother who unfortunately passed away and never used it.
I was going to return it but it's fantastic for working on cars or something on the workbench where a stool is too high, not working bent over. Arms tilt up, easily folds and brakes if needed. $80.

Bought a set of tires, and also a torque multiplier good for 5,000 ft.-lbs.

For those times when the 2,500 ft.-lb. impact isn't quite enough.
