Kris, I am very familiar with your dilemma. JD gets all my Harley money.
Tractors are time and back savers.
If you have a strong back, and plenty of time you could get by with:
1)shovels( snow and dirt type)
2)post hole digger (manual)
3)wheel-barrow
4)weed eater and push mower(gotta have some power stuff)
5)________________(add in any extras)
To each his own, but I think if you sell now, you'll lose a bit of money as compared to selling years later and dividing the price over the months of ownership. It is not wise to buy most anything new and then turn around and sell it( with a few exceptions)...Kyle
