Top n tilt and quantity of remotes

If you can you are either a rotor wing pilot, or a grader operator.
Open center hydraulics like on all our smaller tractors have can really only run 1 valve at a time. Loader valves internally are plumbed weird & can lift & curl at the same time to a degree. Anything else in the loop gets starved when an upstream valve is activated.

Lowering the boom with my hydraulic SSQA post hole digger more or less stalls the auger.

Not that you need to adjust many things at the same time on a tractor other than lift & curl on the loader.

The easiest way to get the additional sets of rear remotes is to add a diverters. With the diverters you can have (in your case) 3 sets of controls all with one control lever.(y)(y)

Simply add a control grip (probably to your #2 control lever) to one of your control levers and you then have the capability of controlling 3 separate functions and never move your hand from the control lever.

I now have poppet-type diverters, so no more drifting (y) with the internal leakage that Kubota is known to have with their rear remotes. It sounds like you need a triple diverter to gain your 2 additional sets of couplers. I only have a picture of the 4 diverter set. So you would need a triple diverter set with the control grip as seen in the separate pictured control grip for your application.

Contact me if you are interested.
Question

I have one rear remote valve (2 couplers).

Could I use these that you posted to get two more valves and could one have a float position?

I’m wanting to get a ditch bank flail mower and they need two valves and one has to have float capability.

Does the rear remote that you have, have the float feature?
If yes, then yes the diverter can provide the float function.

Any diverter can only provide the features that the controlling valve has.

No it doesn’t have a float position. :(

I wonder if there is any other way to get a float position for me?

Just to throw it out there... I don't use float when using my ditch bank flail. It's not really a requirement, but may be useful under some conditions.
On my stream bank (primary purpose) I set the mower height with the 3 point, and adjust the angle and offset as I go.

WRLong has electric valves sets. If you have a cab. If you were to purchase a 2 valve set, one of the valves would have the float function available.
If you have an open station tractor, it's not that hard to put some manual valves on and have good feathering abilities as well as the float feature. (y)(y)

Replacing the OEM valve with another OEM valve that has float. Not cheap & they are a bit buried in there. But doable.

I’m not sure there ever was a OEM valve with the float capability. I’ll have to do some research to validate that.

I did the install of my first valve last year and it wasn’t that bad of a job and I didn’t remove the right rear tire.

I only have 2 remotes. I swap in my manual top link if I am putting on the flail mower( it is a pressure operated so it does not move) as well as the manual tilt adjustment . It only takes 5 minutes and then I have the 2 remotes for my flail mower. I have a spot to hang the manual adjustment top and side links or the top and tilt cylinders just inside the shop door.

I have 2 OEM float valves in my L4060. Of course those were the ones that the dealer had to replace a couple times due to excessive leak down issues.
