Cut down some scrub trees and used the grapple to clean up the brush. Then mowed the area. No before picture but this area was just a grown up mess. Now I can keep it mowed and let the spruce trees that I planted as saplings a few years ago take advantage of the light they羆*e getting now.

I stripped the bolt/nut on the adjustable stabilizer bar of my 3550 while bush hogging. I'm a little surprised only one side stripped. Haven't been able to find the part online, only the entire stabilizer. I will call the dealer tomorrow and see what they have. If I had a machine shop in town, I'd just have them re-thread it and put a new nut on. I don't have any dies that large or I'd probably do it. It would probably would strip again anyway. :/

Installed a tee and an oil pressure gauge on the 1538. This way I kept the factory warning light but can now actually tell what the pressure is. Installed an old Harley gauge I had on the tee itself for now. Plan to come up with a way to mount a gauge so I can see it from the operator position soon but this is good for now.

Took out not quite half of the stumps out of the area South of my barn this morning. Will spend the rest of the day attempting to remove enough of the clay off them so I can put them out back. Roll them around with the excavator, then flip them up in the air with the forks does a good job. Going to fill in all the holes then attack the rest of the stumps some other day. Plan on cutting about three feet out of this area to allow drainage away from the barn on that side... Plus, time to play and burn diesel ....
