Hydraulic connections won’t go on Grapple

I haven't had this issue since I started connecting the implement fitting together after removal. For implements that have hard mounted fittings I use a short hose with matching fittings to loop them together. My backhoe was the worst but not one issue since I started connecting the end together.

    Bush Hog BH25 yokes breaking

The bars were shipped directly from Bush Hog so not an aftermarket part. I suspect they decided to go with a running change and this part with a little modification fits some modern machine also. Less part numbers and warehouse space needed.

    Bush Hog BH25 yokes breaking

Just some more info to quell any speculation of the top flex link issues. After installation I backed the cutter up an embankment and it rose up to about a 35-40° angle with the tractor. No problem with the link doing what it should do and it could probably go another 15° before the linkage...

Except I just unwrapped then new parts and helped him install them ..... new parts had a tag with that exact part number. I double checked.

And this is what is being mowed. As I said before, was looking to see if anybody had problems with these bars being compromised before being put into service.

NOTHING HAS BEEN CUT WITH TORCH. What you are seeing as twisted is not. The broken bar on the left side is letting the yoke sag and making appearing to be twisted. It's not. This guy doesn't abuse anything. In fact, pretty much everything I've been repairing for him is just because the...

Parts fische shows it as two separate parts not welded together. I have seen some that are welded but this one is not.

There are no torch marks. Nothing has been modified or shortened. When that link is in the resting position, everything is in direct alignment. When upward pressure is applied to the tail wheel the ramp is forced upward by the rear bolt that has a bushing on it. It's as it should be. There is...

    Bush Hog BH25 yokes breaking

Got over there this morning to look it over again. I don't see anything wrong with the set up. The top link has the right amount of play and moves freely. The bolts holding the bars are loose enough to provide free travel. The main yoke that attaches to the top link swivels freely. Nothing...

That's why I had a stack of laptops. But if I can watch the laptop being shredded I'm okay with that.

    Old UPS

I just went through a search for recycling old laptops. My local landfill/transfer station recycles them but couldn't give any details of what happens once I dump them off. A couple things concerned me,,, data left on the hard drives and are they being responsibly recycled. Not shipped off to...

Yes I have to check that top connection. It was raining while we were talking the other day and I got distracted.

    Bush Hog BH25 yokes breaking

I mentioned in an earlier post that he cuts about 200 acres twice a year,,, so about 400 all together. As I said in the last post.... he has a heavier cutter. This small cutter is for just getting where the batwing can't easily go. Occasionally he'll go and knock down some actual brush but...

This is his "edger". The main mower is a batwing.
