To close this out. I ran through the entire electrical system and determined the ECU wasn't providing a couple grounds needed to start the tractor. Decided to take it into the dealer hoping they could attach diagnostic to confirm. They couldn't get their diagnostic tool to work on my machine...
I'll try to jump start it. I did have the battery charger on in with the boost 50 amp(?) setting, still wouldn't start. I'll also check the fuel lines. It had a full tank.

I'll answer my own post. Yes, it's as easy as popping the snap rings off the pins and pushing the pins out. Hydraulic line also was easy to remove. Easy Peasy
