I'm on the lookout for a used Fecon or CIMAF head. Want to mount it on a Timbco 425D feller so it has to be large. The Fecon model would be in the area of the BH80 and the CIMAF model would be a DAH150.
I've been scouring the 'net until my head's swimming :confused2: and missed out on a Fecon...
Been looking at used feller bunchers thinking they may be more useful for mulching cedar on steep pasture slopes, but am finding that many of the affordable used ones do not have cab leveling.
Are the non-leveling feller bunchers greatly superior to excavators for this purpose?

I'd like to know if anyone's using Pro Mac's new disk. It looks like a decent piece of equipment for an excavator, but only someone who's using it (or something like it) would know.

I believe the Kubota's weight is around 19,500 lbs. Then you have the trailer weight and whatever other equipment you need. That's getting heavy.
