Anyone who has one of these things knows what a hassle it is to get to the dipstick, not to mention refilling it after an oil change. Does B&S or anyone else make an extended tube to fit this engine?

My FIL has a 335 that is making lots of oil. I know some tractors have a transfer pump that can leak diesel into the crankcase. This one appears to be gravity feed to the injector pump, but the parts houses seem to list a transfer pump for this model. Anyone know? Thanks.

Just bought a basic sawmill kit off ebay and expect to spend 40 hours building the complete mill. Thought about documenting the process with pictures and putting it on my website. Question is: would anyone care about seeing something like this, or has it all been done too many times before?

Has anyone ever found (or looked for) a leveling box that would work on a cat. 1 hitch? I see a lot on ebay for specific tractors, but no measurements are provided.

This is a 2301D which I hope is the same parts as a 276D. I have some play in the front wheels which I am pretty sure can be attributed to the needle bearings on the shaft that goes into the final gear case. Has anyone dealt with this, and what is the parts availability? Anything to watch out...

The Mickey Mouse regulator on my 2301 is dead and needs replacing. From what I've been reading, these things are somewhat less than reliable and die frequently. If this is the case, I'd rather find an alternative to buying one for 82 bucks. Anyone have a better idea? Thanks...
