    Wheel spacers

i fully agree with kenhar; mid works best for me, and i feel by not going all out, i'm not sacrificing all the parts that don't appreciate extra stress. they do made a world of difference working sideways on hills. here is the website i ordered from (aluminum), and hopefully some photos...

    Yanmar SA24 (SA424?) info please

I'm not sure if you still require this, but my dealer printed me out the whole repair manual for the 2015 era SA424. I then scanned it all into a pdf using OCR and am happy to share.

    Yanmar Grease Fittings

Hi John, You may have already found the answer, but I too fought with these grease fitting replacements on my 2015 SA424 FEL. Long story short, they are M8x0.75. I used the LockNLube thread tester. After finding out they are more expensive to source, I tapped them all to M8x1. Much more...

Clearing 154 acres of woods in west Tennessee

i couldn't agree more. we end up clearing everything, and this is wildlife habitat. ultimately this is your decision of course, but i implore you to look at not clearing it, if just for the sake of clearing it. highest regards.

Tilt cylinder on Top and Tilt leaking down with use

Hi MtnView, My Bucher hydraulics have an external leak (under the black plate where the control knobs go), mounted on a Woods BH65. Woods will not supply any information. I'd be very happy to hear from you regarding replacement items.

    SA424 add'l FEL height

Hi, That is a very good point that I had not considered. I just visited magisterhyd.com and it seems you can order anything in any length, given you are familiar with OD and clearances and such. I would still require below grade digging, so if that truly is a limiting factor and cannot order...

    SA424 add'l FEL height

Thank you for your reply. I only ask because the lift height is actually so low, and comes nowhere near the height of a comparable Massey in same class. Occasionally I lift things from the hook of the bucket, but cannot rest them safely against my bumper when transporting. Regarding height...

    Hydraulic Schematics for SA424

Hi North, I have the full operator manual for an SA424, scanned into pdf using OCR; I believe even a service manual somewhere, but only in hardcopy. I'm not sure your question exactly, but if this will help you, please let me know. I would post here, but not sure if this would be in violation...

    SA424 add'l FEL height

In case anyone is curious with the slight mods already: 4in rear wheel aluminum spacers installed only on rear, Diode Dynamics SS3 offroad floods for nighttime work, and can rotate to the rear with ROPS up for the backhoe, front bumper adapted from a newer model, and magnetic John Deere pins for...

    SA424 add'l FEL height

Just a quick question for the guys who have been there, know better and such. I'm looking to increase the height and stability of my FEL on my 2015 SA424. The hydraulic cylinders are cheap enough, and even just a foot higher is fine. It seems very doable, there is a bit of clearance between the...
