If you can get the bolts out where the rod connects to gearbox I think you can get it th that way

Check the cost per pound. At our store the biggest bag 55# (I think) is more expensive per pound than the smaller 40 pound bag. I buy 2 smaller bags and come out a few bucks ahead

Maybe a bad new pump drawing too much . I have seen the wire running down the well pipe get chafed due to lack of the things used to keep the pump from moving in the case. At my brother's it would hit the metal casing and trip the breaker

I dont think there will be a "kit". you could disassemble measure o rings etc and get them online or just bring the parts to a shop and they will match them up.

I actually just put a HF engine on that exact same tiller and it works great. Did have to disconnect oil switch as mentioned. Crank bolts are different so you will need a new one. Otherwise bolt in with no mods.

Remember that is a Temp AND Pressure relief valve. So could be a bad t stat, that is overheating the water also.

Yes 4046C . Used stuff with low hours goes for a premium here, especially the mid Hp. A new 4145c with front blower was low 40s

That is similar to my house. I would recommend a custom roof, put on by a reputable roofer. Mine is crimped over, no exposed Fasteners and all joints caulked. We did a total tear off and ice and water on the entire roof. For those that say its noisy, it's not. The metal sits right on in the Ice...
