Flip Mfg. makes a grille for the 755/855/955 that is almost a direct fit for the 430( needs a little modification) for under $200. I'll take an old 430 diesel over any of the new pieces of schitt that are being sold today. Go pay $16k or more for a plastic POS Deere X75x series mower. Then...
Few months have passed. Still uneven loader. Moved the mower deck to different spot on my pad9still tarped and on a skid), never used it this year-used the JD 430 for mowing this year. Only about 45hrs. use since I got it back with new loader. Sold the RCR1248 rotary cutter-used it twice last...
pretty standard from what I've been reading on different forums for the past couple years that the Kubota PDI sucks ass... I know it's alot to ask a dealer to make sure something we're paying $20k and up is ready to work when it's delivered BRAND NEW, not to have to worry about hoses not...
Well, saddle frames I took off tractor had all holes drilled bigger to compensate for enevenness even with the new loader. I put the new saddle frames on with new bolts, still the same uneven bucket, even with pressure of bucket on floor when tightening saddles to spec of 108ft/lbs. I had been...
Got my BX2380 end of December 2021 for $18500- loader, 60” regular (not crappy drive over)deck and R4 tires. Same setup a few months ago was almost $24k at same dealer. Lucky to get 0% for 60 months. Only thing that sucked at the time was KTAC was put into the payments, when I got the BX1870...
Sorry about no update. I got it back first week of May. KTAC replaced loader , I bought old one back. Thought it was weird I didn’t get the used side frames also🤷♂️. Anyway, seems like slop in front end was a little better. Never put deck on as I’m using my JD430 to mow lawn( does a nicer job...
Ended up selling it. If I was on grass, wouldn’t creep in gear with clutch in- enough resistance, but on concrete or blacktop, it’d go. I told new owner about it, so he’s aware.
I’ll look at the WSM later. Asked dealer to look into it. I think it’s wore a little, there’s a gap between the axle and pin when I looked at it from underneath on the back side when I was rolling tire back and forth. Dealer has tractor now, so whenever I get it back I’ll double check…
No leaks, just slop. Looks like axle has to be dropped to replace bushings. Used to seeing grease fittings on front pivots, but maybe that’s only for 2wd/ regular garden tractors. Still, with only 139 hours, should still be tight…
