There is hope… some parts of downtown are resurging. Some as bad as ever. After dark is bad. We go to Seahawk games and because we live on the Canal, we often walk on the ferry and stay downtown using my travel points. Not to derail this thread but I have never seen a hummer of the flying...

That’s the cool part of searching for that one thing you know you have… and find **** that you saved 20 years ago. I will hunt for a couple days and then give up… go to Home Depot only to come home and find what I was looking for soon after I installed it. I can almost guarantee it happening...
