    pvc vs cpvc glue

    while in lowes yesterday my pops picked up a can of cpvc glue instead of pvc glue. The "ingrediants" all all the same except the last line, my question is..... Is there any real difference? will cpvc glue work on pvc? or do I have to throw it away? I have absolutely no need for cpvc.

    I have been using my buddy's 27 ton troy built log splitter from Lowes. It has the honda motor. Its a great machine but it is very loud. I am thinking there should be a generator muffler that would bolt right on. Honda has the quietest generators so why not use that muffler on this log splitter...
