So according to this I think being between 2000-2100 psi I should be ok now does this look ok ?

So I pulled the pressure relief valve out added a .060” shim and got the pressure from 1750 to about 2000 ish and noise is gone I can lift a full load of top soil now no problem and I can curl the bucket and bottom out cylinder and no noise at all. I guess the prv was out of adjustment and...

I just spoke to Nimco apparently they say there is no main relief valve in my loader valve it was hard to understand him he had a strong accent but I said I removed a cap and there was a spring in it on the left side of the joystick so I’m gonna send them some pics tonight and see what they say...

Thanks oldnslo I’ll pull loader valve apart and yes there is a 3 hose to the loader valve I’m sure it’s pby hose I’ll pull it apart and check o rings etc and I’ll post what I find it’s a Nimco CV112

Yeah only chatter from loader and 3 point hitch not from driving at all and loader and 3 point hitch work fine unless I have a heavy load or dead head loader with curl etc

Thanks I’ll check all lines and o rings for leaks and I’m pretty sure it’s bubbles it’s clear before I start the tractor and after running a bit it get cloudy then when it sits for a while fluids clear again. I did have a small o ring stuck in one of the nipples on the loader valve is was small...

Thanks Loggin wouldn’t I see a fluid leak if there’s an air leak somewhere as well? I had one hose to the loader wet and I replaced that it was worn through in one spot but I’ll check my return hose to tank and the power beyond hose to the 3 pth as well. Thanks
