    1610D Koyker 110 baffled!

All functions still perfect! and you are still a Moron! Look on my "low idle" post which drifted to 3 point discussion. Winston pointed me in the correct direction. I guess you think he is an idiot, too! You can even see a photo of the broken 0-ring even though you probably won't know what you...

I think those seats are so nice, they might give my tractor an attitude! Actually, She lives in a covered barn so UVs are not an issue.

Hey MORON! I graded my driveway yesterday using all functions of the hydraulic systems, loader AND box blade! ALL FUNCTIONS NORMAL. NOTHING LEAKS DOWN OR DOESN'T HOLD, EVEN OVER NIGHT! I SPENT 30 YEARS WORKING ON JET AIRCAFT FOR DELTA AIRLINES IN ATLANTA SO I KNOW HOW HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS WORK...

Well, whoever you are, you were no help at all. Rebuilt the lift cylinders and all is well. So much for your totally wrong valve diagnosis!

Even though I broke the paper gasket taking off the hydraulic valve, a little RTV and an o-ring from a kit I bought at a yard sale at least 35 years ago and she’s up and working perfectly for FREEEE! I was so happy I went to Tractor Supply and bought her a new seat!

Wow! $25 shipping for that spring. Might put that off. I replaced the hydraulic valve a couple of years ago with a new one from Hoye. Seems like I remember a couple of O-rings between the valve and the mount that could have broken? The Stop valve is working well. Freed it up with Kroil...

    YM1610D Idle speed adjustment

The detent is working but maybe not strongly enough. As I adjusted the rod as you pointed out, the idle increased but once locked down and then cycled the throttle, it's back to very low RPM again. It seems that if the detent was firmer, it would work.So #10 looks to be a spring to hold tension...

    YM1610D Idle speed adjustment

Idle speed on this 3T75U has always been a bit low, but now the 3 point is getting weak and I need to raise the idle. Tried adjusting the rod on the throttle at the fuel control lever since throttle has a detent. Thought I had it but it dropped back to original low speed. What am I missing, Winston?

This guy is highly experienced. Shop has been in business for 40 years, so I’ll defer to his expertise. He did a great job rebuilding my curl cylinders. Talked to Koyker rep today. He said this is normal on these old ones because of the aluminum gland nut to steel tube differential metal corrosion.

Finally got around to t-shooting this thing. Swapped the lines at the control valves. Problem did not swap sides. Curl works on both controls, so the lift cylinders are at the hydraulic shop for a rebuild. Unfortunately, just talked to the shop and they are having a time getting them apart. He's...

    1610D Koyker 110 baffled!

Setup is unchanged from 10 years that I have owned it Other than replacing hydraulic valve under seat 5 years ago (3-point drop control lever rusted in) and rebuilding curl cylinders 3 years ago. FEL lift speed just started degrading about a year or so ago. All normal for 8 previous years. FEL...
