I just updated to lorex 16 channel NVR, 4 4K billets and 4 4K 4X zoom bullets. Ordering a few 2K cameras and 2 8TB hard drives for plenty of memory. Very happy with ease of install. Attached is a 4K 4X zoom camera then using digital zoom. The camera is about 100’ from my house ( ballpark...

    Camera Security Systems???

I run 2 systems. I have a Q-See brand 8 camera DVR. It has 7 cameras outside to record vehicles and activity. I have 2 canary cameras. The “ all in one” and “view”. The q-See system is hard wired and I have it set to record 24/7. It is a good system to monitor but not ideal for...

    Finally a KUBOTA owner!

Picked up a 6’ landscape (root) rake and a middle buster for $400. Was going for the rake only for $350 but talked them into $400 for both. No need as of now for a middle buster but for $50 why not. Lol

Converting bucket from pin on to SSQA, got a question.

Found a video by everything attachments. It explained you want to be 2” higher than the loader arms when sitting on the ground. Mine ended up being 18” off ground plus 2” so 20” is my location.

Converting bucket from pin on to SSQA, got a question.

Ok folks. Need some feedback. Converting my pin on bucket to SSQA. We have cut the factory pin mounts off the bicker and I have mocked the universal plate in place. In the photos you can see the white line on the bucket. That represents the level the top and bottom pin mounts were located on...

Portable generator powering most of house in power outages.

I used the FEL on my Kubota to unload the full drum. It is under a metal carport I store firewood under. It’s about 10- 15 yards from my shop.

Portable generator powering most of house in power outages.

Added fuel storage to the system. Got a 55 gallon drum that had 5-W20 oil in it before I got it. I used 2 or 3 gallons of gas to thin the remaining oil and dump it out of the drum. I used the Fill-rite hand pump setup. It produces more gallons per stroke than the crank style. I have a 5PSI 2...

    Standby Generator

I opted for a standby to plug into the house, backfeed the breaker box with a interlock on the main/ generator breakers. I found this to be the most cost effective generator setup for most all items covered. I have about $3,000- $3,300 total cost of generator, interlocks, cords, electrical work...

Really excited to finally get everything set up. Figured I would share my setup with everyone. Using a portable generator to back feed panel. Safety panel interlocks in place! Total cost right at $2,570 I often loose power due to living so far out in the country. Until now I have had to run...

    New camp chef woodwind smoker

Put it on high smoke (220) for 2.5 hours... then bumped it to 275. Once it hit 165 I pulled it and wrapped it in foil. No waiting for it to hit 195. I will then pull it, let it rest for 15- 20 min then cut into 3/4” cubes and go back on for about an hour.
