Ym240d 3 point stuck in up position.

Here is my valve. Circled in yellow is the 菟ower beyond port which goes to the 3 point. Circled in white is the 登utlet which is plugged. Circled in blue is 妬nlet which comes straight from the hydraulic pump. Also attached are the photos of the Hoye diagrams. I think I plumbed it right?!

Ym240d 3 point stuck in up position.

Perhaps I知 reading how the loader valve is intended to be plumbed then. This one does not have the power beyond cartridge. Has 6 ports. 4 for loader up/down and tilt/curl. Then one inlet and one outlet. I plumbed to match this diagram.

Ym240d 3 point stuck in up position.

Looking at a cutaway of the 3 point, I noticed the 塗igh pressure outlet and the relieve valve are swapped on my machine. The relief valve is located on the passenger side of the machine. Out of curiosity, I wanted to remove the two and see if there was and differences internally that would...

Building subframe for YFL-240 + Refurbish for my YM240D

Welp, it痴 finally operational. I still need to redo the front diagonal bracing to raise them up a bit. Right now the steering knuckle hits the brace at full lock. And also need to fabricate the rear brace to the axle. But on my way into work this week, I stopped by the hydraulic shop and had...

Building subframe for YFL-240 + Refurbish for my YM240D

After awhile I got my loader valve from Hoye, and more importantly, a little time to mess around with it. There was no clear position the original valve was installed on the tower, so I have the opportunity to place it where I feel most comfortable. I eyeballed where I felt it should go, then...

Ym240d 3 point stuck in up position.

I was spreading some dirt this evening for a neighbor using a blade. Worked great. When I was done I stopped and raised the 3 point all the way up to travel home. Now it won稚 drop. It痴 stuck solid in the raised position. I checked the lockout knob under the seat and rotated it both...

Building subframe for YFL-240 + Refurbish for my YM240D

I picked up a loader that originally came on this machine. It was kind of a convoluted mess with all the parties involved. The original owner still had the powder at his property. He had sold the tractor to a young boy next door. The boys dad, however, owns an excavation company and the kid...

Can someone get me photos? YFL240 subframe

I need to see if anyone can take some detailed photos of how their YFL240 loader subframe is constructed and attached. I got a loader for my machine but it痴 missing the entire subframe. I値l need to build one. I can see how the front frame is constructed and understand how the rear is done I...

    Johnson workhorse loader ID?

Does anyone Recognize This loader model? Just picked it up tonight. Guy said it came on my ym240d. I had assumed it would be a YFL240, but that doesn稚 appear to be the case. The only tag I can read on it says å±*ohnson workhorse? That doesn稚 give me much, but itç—´ a start.

    New ym240d owner

Other kinks on the list: Starts and runs fine, but as it warms up the oil pressure light starts to flicker. It flickers in sequence with the lope of the engine each revolution. After about 30-45 minutes of work, the light is steady on. Oil pressure sensor appears new. Wondering if maybe the...

    New ym240d owner

I decided to mess around with the lathe today and built some pins to relocate the 3 link bottom links back in the proper location. Problem with the way the guy before “fixed” them was the slack adjusters and bottom links weren’t on the same plain. So the slack adjusters would bind up 3/4 of the...

    Ym240d and flail mowers

I’m wondering if anyone uses a flail mower on their YM240 or similar sized tractor? The flail mowers are appealing to me due to smaller storage space, quality of cut, and safty factor of flying debris. They are not prevalent in Colorado, or Im just not used to seeing them. You know how that...
