    ToolCat Step Kit

Sure, not much to show though. I set it as far down and forward as it would go and it just fit. I didn't use any of the mounting hardware that came with them, just the speed nuts.

    ToolCat Step Kit

I bought two of these from Tractor Supply and mounted them with speed nuts. Worked well and a bit less expensive. Wish I saw this before you ordered from Bobcat. https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/bully-pilot-aluminum-side-step

    5105 Fuel Filter O-Ring

The filter itself doesn't have a seal but a groove around the outside edge. This is where the o-ring fits. JD used to include it with the filter but now they don't. I checked with NAPA and the Wix filter is same. I've attached an image of the Wix filter so you get a better idea of the problem.

    5105 Fuel Filter O-Ring

It seems that JD stopped supplying the o-ring with the fuel filter for my 5105. I missed this small detail when changing the filter the last time and now it won't hold its prime. JD sells part R113565 to replace the o-ring, however this is larger in diameter and doesn't fit tightly so the...

new 5610 shut down while mowing

I just got a G series 5610, put a few hours on it moving hay around and general stuff around the barns. Today I started brush hogging with my 5' cutter on the PTO, don't have a hydraulic cutter yet. Everything was working fine for about 30 minutes when I got an alarm going off and several...

    TC30 hydraulic issues

I changed the hydraulic fluid in my TC30 as well as the HST and main hydraulic filter. Used the NH 134 fluid and appropriate filters. Now when I adjust the 3 point it moves as it should then quickly moves to its full extent. This will happen if I'm lifting or lowering the 3 point. OK, so...

Another FEL not liking the cold

I have a JD 5105 with 522 loaded that is acting up. The curl circuit has been a little stiff with the colder weather but with our blizzard and temps down in the single digits it just won't respond. When I try to curl the bucket the stick won't move. It'll dump just fine. I assume its the...

    JD5105 3pt arms free, lever won't move?

Last night I hooked up my landscape rake to drag our riding arena, all things going well. Started up the hill and adjusted the draft control, got down and opened the gate, started to lower the rake and ?? The lever won't move up or down. Went back to the barn and took off rake, lift arms are...

    Fireplace damper removal

Our fireplace got hit by lightning in a storm a few weeks ago. When the guys came out to pull off the damaged brick they suggested I try to open the damper. Hadn't thought of that and of course it won't open. They said "its just sitting on a ledge just wiggle it loose". It not just sitting...

some insight into confusing model numbers please

I'm looking to upgrade to a 60HP 4X4 with loader and a shuttle shift of some type. We're going to purchase 120 acres soon and will need to do general clean up, mowing, possibly haying... Is there a way to decode the model numbers to try to determine which tractor is a budget level and which is...

    Front-End Loader  FEL for TC30

Been lurking on off here for a while. You guys helped me decide on a NH TC30 4x4, HST, turf tires and I'm really getting some good use out of it. I'm working on getting our 10 acres ready to plant in grass for the horses and need to clear out brush and rocks. The brush is from the dozer guy...
