Put your new chain into the grease so it could penetrate. Remove chain from grease and wipe off excess grease.

Does the pump get noisy or growl when trying to lift a load on the 3 point? If yes this would point towards pump be starved for oil.

I would probably start with the neutral safety switch as lots of issues are reported going bad and shifting to be out of alignment.

If the spool moves then I would swap the lift hoses with the curl hoses and see if the loader lifts and lowers when I move the joystick left and right. If it does, then try moving the joystick forward and back and see if it curls.
