I have the same problem with my 110tlb. I have gone thru everything you mentioned above still with no luck. I also tend to believe since it was never used something is froze up from not being used.
it is common for earlier model 110tlb's hour meter to quit reading. Luckily i hooked up a aftermarket one before the original went out so i could match hours.
I wouldn't be without mine. Love it!
However if you do not have power steering you better not have one on there. It will break your fingers right now!!
Rig up a grease zerk to the fuse hole and continue to pump grease into it. A Milwaukee m18 grease gun is good up to 10,000psi I'm sure that ball will come out.
Only downside is it could be a lot of grease you have to use.
Wow i have heard of the cracked bellhousings before i bought my 110 but never seen pictures. That is some serious damage!!.
This thread makes me nervous and tells me i should sell mine but after many many years owning it and i have abused it a time or two or 10 somehow mine has stayed...
The fact that you can tell over the years it slowly has gotten worse is more then enough info to know that your hydro is bad. But if you really wanna know check the charge pressure at the hydro and that will tell you for sure!
