I have the same problem with my 110tlb. I have gone thru everything you mentioned above still with no luck. I also tend to believe since it was never used something is froze up from not being used.

well it's a aftermarket hobbs meter, It was easy I hooked it up to my battery charger and let it run for like 6 months straight.

it is common for earlier model 110tlb's hour meter to quit reading. Luckily i hooked up a aftermarket one before the original went out so i could match hours.

Are you getting correct voltage out of the potientometers? There is a range from no pedal to full pedal the voltages should be.

Rig up a grease zerk to the fuse hole and continue to pump grease into it. A Milwaukee m18 grease gun is good up to 10,000psi I'm sure that ball will come out. Only downside is it could be a lot of grease you have to use.

The fact that you can tell over the years it slowly has gotten worse is more then enough info to know that your hydro is bad. But if you really wanna know check the charge pressure at the hydro and that will tell you for sure!
