Did you check the air filter and air intake path for partial blockage? Also, make sure the breathing hose from the valve cover is fully open.

Could be the wires are breaking down. Start by replacing the coil wire and then the plug wires.

From memory long ago, I think there is a diode in one of the wires that connect the battery with the alternator. It looks like a wide spot in the wiring harness. That diode can go bad not allowing charging current to flow to the battery.

I was referring to the pins on your 7 pin plug. That connection might need some electrical spray cleaner.

You might try spreading the pins very slightly to tighten the plug connections.
