Definitely looks like it is different. I haven't run these motors with the pto yet to see the rpm's. May have to do that soon. Good luck.

Throttle it down to a low idle, count to ten and turn off the key. I am not sure why the robin engine does this. But that has worked for me. Good luck.

I am sure there are many also who cuss at the word predator. Your sample size of one, is statistically irrelevant. While you had a bad experience, and others may have also. I would bet that you would find the predator to be a much worse decision. But hey, you get to make that twice, to one...
