Well all is well now after the fix. Hauled it to the lake house to test mow about 15 acres. Let my little chief mechanic have some wheel time to let her appreciate her hard work.

Six deep cut wires repaired. Noalox, ratchet crimp butt splice, heat shrink.

Platform lifted enough to back the harness out and under. I found what I was expecting... a sawed up harness where it passes through the unprotected edge of the floor.

Stripped all plastic and unhooked wires from left side as well as pulled the rear tire. Upon inspection I don’t believe I can slack the harness enough to fully inspect, repair and protect the harness properly... so I believe I’ll lift the operator platform to gain the needed space.

This issue has been isolated to the 10amp micro fuse F17 MFWD/FNR blowing instantly when the tractor is put in reverse. Having forward it just teaches us to currently carefully plan moves until I get to the root of this.

checked the neutral safety switch tonight and shoved it into the barn to pull the dash again when I get home from work. Also separated and inspected the 24 pin connector and all looked well. Will check for voltage at d terminal and double check through b for continuity tomorrow and voltage up to...

Working on a dead in the water 5325. *Issue- after a pressure wash tractor will not start. I’m not necessarily convinced this caused the issue. Everything works but the N light just flashes and the power reverser malfunction indicator light is on. It thinks it’s in gear so it will not start...
