PTO Shaft to Gearbox Bolts Keep Breaking!

I think yes, the problem was they were Harbor Freight. He brought it to us and the bolts he was using and they broke when engaging the PTO at as it should be. We put in OEM bolts and zero problem. Its been a month now and he has come in several times for other things and he has not broken one of...

PTO Shaft to Gearbox Bolts Keep Breaking!

I had an Iron Craft customer breaking shear pins and found he was buying grade 2 from harbor freight. We put the OEM bolts in and no problem after that.

Adding MF 232 loader using MF231 tractor hydraulics

Did you ever get this figured out. I have a 240 with the valve and the pump seems good but the valve does not send flow to the MF232 loader.

    Saw one today.. pretty nice

Good point. ITL is partially owned by Yanmar and I was told by upper management that there are 30 Yanmar employees at the plant for quality control. Yanmar engines as I understand will be in the 30hp to 50hp sizes. So, I'm confident in the machines quality and reliability.

But, the post I was responding to used cheap, cut cost, Chinese to infer cheapness about this particular machine. I think my post on components quality negates that.

    Saw one today.. pretty nice

Lots of stuff here and won't try to unpack it. It's throw a pizza on the wall and see what sticks. This is not a cheap foreign tractor. In fact, as a Summit it is an affordable high quality foreign manufactured tractor. In fact, it has more features than B series, I'd say as good as fit and...

OK, I've made some posts I know ruffled some feathers in regards to Summit. With that said, I do appreciate the measured well thought response. I respect this.

    Saw one today.. pretty nice

ITL/Solis/Sonalika build great tractors. The Summit branded one is nice too. For the most part I like it except 2 things. Mirrors on it will get torn off and a self leveling loader on a tractor this size is just added expense in my opinion. Full disclosure. I am a Territory Manager who sets up...

    Asssment of Korean Tractor Manufacturers

I believe Korean tractors to be some of the finest built. However, I believe there will be only a couple that survive in the USA market and below are my reasons why. Here is the order in which I feel they stack up for many reasons. 1. LS Tractors 2. Kioti/Daedong 3. Kukje/Branson 4. TYM/Tong...
