Soaked for a week with atf and kerosene. Dont think did much. Hit with a bigger torch today. 2 let go and came out. Both had no resistance on ohm meter yet with a battery charger both started to glow after 10 seconds. The new ones had around 1ohm resistance. The bad news 2 twisted off.

Base stock yes is all the same. 3 parts to an oil. 1 outnof 3 parts is same. The additive package and detergents are not.
