My MT372 started oozing gear lube from the steering box. I discovered that it had some water in the bottom when I dug in. I assume that the seal around the steering shaft is probably shot. Is that right under the steering wheel, or do I need to pull the column to access it?

The 3pt hitch on my MT372 lowers FAST. It just drops the equipment. I turned the control knob under the seat clockwise to the stop and it didn't change. I tried to adjust the bolt in the center but no luck. Do I need to replace the O-Rings on it?

Tad
I have the "factory" belly mower on my MT372 now. Functions fine but it is wide enough that it prevents me from storing the tractor in my shed. I was considering a 3pt finish mower. Will it cut as well as the belly mower? I have a small yard so mower width isn't that important.

Tad
Mitsubishi MT372 Diesel tractor. Has a belly mower plus the standard MT372 gear: 3pt hitch with 3-speed PTO, high/low range + 3 speed manual trans, turning brakes and a differential locker. Starts and runs great. I'm excited.
