    Ml108h loader question

Since the "Float" and "Fast Dump" settings are on the two motions your having trouble slowing down, I'd bet there is still something that's not quite right with that valve. It sounds like instead of controlled decent, it's going straight to bypass.

    3510 issues

That temp is showing high. Mine runs just over the bottom quarter line, up to half on a hot day. Is it boiling coolant? The gauges can be off due to corrosion and the like. My fuel gauge won't go up over half even is it's full. The manual doesn't even show a "Check" light, but it is primarily...

    Mahindra 3510 loader float valve

With the cap and sleeve off will the lever move freely? Just need to make sure it's the sleeve restricting it and not something in the valve. I've had something similar happen with my wood splitter valve. I used steel wool on a drillbit to scrub the inside of the sleeve. Doesn't take much...

Ok. Then assuming someone didn’t switch the sleeves up in the past, the groove should go up. I saw the fast dump option on your diagram. Free everything up and you should be good. There’s not much in there to wear out, just crude up.

Those are a little gummed up. Break all that free and it should work better. I think the step would go down so it holds the lever at its farthest throw point. Same with the fast dump detent. Does the needle move freely inside the bearing holder and spring? Good pictures.

Try this site and search model "ml108h". It's got a lot of exploded diagrams of your valve. https://parts.mahindrausa.com/dealerview/ModelSearch.aspx

OK, those caps are the same length because you should have the detent setting to the top and to the right. If it does not want to go into that position it may have something loose inside the springs or they are seized up in the valve. I was wondering about it being a 2810 because I have only...

    Mahindra 3510 loader float valve

I'm thinking the same thing from the equal cap lengths. Just wondering, is that a Mahindra 2810 or a 3510?

I didn't know the 3510s came with the ML108. Mine has the ML112 and doesn't have the float option. If you haven't found this site, it's good for diagrams. https://parts.mahindrausa.com/dealerview/Home.aspx

    Mahindra 3510 maintenance

I'm not sure about a cross reference sheet. I figure as rarely as I would need to change most of those filters I just went with Mahindra's. I do have the service and engine manuals also. PM me your email.

Welcome! That's a handy tractor to have. You can get an owners manual here when you put in your Serial#. https://service.mahindrausa.com/ssm/campaigncheck.aspx# I stayed with the Mahindra filters for mine, but got them online where I could find them cheapest. Your good with the UTF from TSC...

3-Point Hitch 4110: Linkage for Lift Arms

Yours has the same transmission as mine and Skipmarcy. They changed to the "New Metal" one after ours where made. That linkage has to do with the Draft Control. Here is a pic of mine. As a rule that lever should always be forward. Just use the right lever to raise and lower.

    Not charging

No power at alternator means it's not charging. Most auto shops can verify on a bench, but pretty sure the new one is bad.

4110 New Sheet Metal Wiring Diagram

Here is one I have. It's for 3510 and 4110. I use it on my tablet or computer so I can zoom in on the diagram. You ever receive those brackets for the loader?

Loader curl / rollback is weak on 2638

Is it weak, as in won't roll with a load, or just slow? Oversized cylinders will certainly make it slow.
