Rear pto vs front Pto Hp

So one of the tractors in question is a New holland t4.110f. In the specs the rear pto is making 107hp at 2300rpm. The dealer just got some info to us, the front mount pto from factory is capable of 93hp at 1920 rpm.

Rear pto vs front Pto Hp

So it could be brand specific if there are losses, depending on how the tractor is designed. The deutz dealer, who i know is a mechanic by trade was confident theirs didn't have a loss, or much of a loss due to the design.

Rear pto vs front Pto Hp

Gday everyone. Hypothetical, if you have a 100hp tractor with 85 rear pto hp, does that translate to also having 85hp at the front pto or is there a loss/less power at the front pto. One dealership told a mate its lower at the front, another dealer told me with their tractors there isn't a...

Mahindra 8560 vs Deutz Fahr 4080.4e - both with cabs

Just out of curiosity about the kubotas, when you say no longer up to the task? I was a fan, on 2 occasions nearly purchased one, bought a 75hp Deutz over a 70hp kubota and a 90hp john deere over a 90hp kubota. But now i hear alot of negative feedback from my friends that have them. Usually...

Mahindra 8560 vs Deutz Fahr 4080.4e - both with cabs

I should of mentioned the size of the tractors. Those new hollands are making 115 hp. I have a 4.5 litre fiat powered deere making 100hp. Those little fendts are making about 115hp. The kubotas have the 3.8litre for 95hp but aren't known for their power or hydraulics.

Mahindra 8560 vs Deutz Fahr 4080.4e - both with cabs

Sorry, the only other other machine doing what the little fendt is doing is a deutz with the cvt.

Mahindra 8560 vs Deutz Fahr 4080.4e - both with cabs

I'm in the grape industry. The new hollands have 3.4 litre engines in my segment, but the power they are generating is crazy. Same as the fendts, i think they are a 3.3 litre, granted they have the cvt but no other machine can do what it is doing in regards to towing.

Mahindra 8560 vs Deutz Fahr 4080.4e - both with cabs

I have an agroplus keyline, 75hp rops. Great tractor. The 4080 has the same engine and the hydraulic specs look the same. I have looked into the 4080 but it was too wide for me. Great machines for everything you listed, I've got a flail mower on mine right now. Also good for basic hydraulic...

    John deere 1040 hydraulics

Hey guys, I've just bought a John deere 1040. Do they have an open centre system or load sensing system? Other than the alternator needing to be fixed it runs well. Is there anything i should keep an eye on or be worried about with it? Hopefully one day this week I'll take delivery. Thanks

    Overheating M9540

Out of curiosity, Do all kubotas run high rpms like that? I have a 100hp tractor that is making 100hp at 2200 rpm and 375nm of torque at 1600 rpm. The 9540 i read is making about 320nm at 1500rpm. I went onto another manufactures site and read up on one of their 90hp tractors, 90hp at 2300rpm...

    Overheating M9540

Thanks everyone. I'll pass on the advice. I know he's very diligent with his skid steers so I'd be surprised if he's been lazy with this. I've used fords, fiats, deeres, deutzs, but never a kubota hence why the 2600rpm working rpm was surprising.

    Overheating M9540

Hi, A friend recently bought a M9540 with a front 3 point linkage to run a mulcher. He's new to tractors and he was complaining about it overheating, then he proceeded to tell me it is running at 2600rpm. I have very little experience with kubotas, is this normal? It seems very high and can't...
