So it seems my regen is not operating right. My dash says to run at 1500rpm. First time I let it run a 1500rpm for 3 hrs and it didn't drop 1%. Had a tech stop out and after 4 hrs of run time was at 13%. Normally its been done around every 15 hrs. Starts itself on 78% . Takes 4 hrs to get...
You were correct. The valve still had the bungee cord on it and with the splitter removed there was no continuous flow . Hopefully I will remember that for next time. BTW my hay is all done now. Great timing for the quick repair .
Found the bungee cord still on the remote. . Hoping that was it . Did this first thing today still in house coat and forgot the key at the house.
. Test later after lunch when cut hay is wind rowed.

So I found a used cylinder . Hooked it up but the chute will need to be adjusted to centre for the cylinder travel. Will post pics of the final project

I read my question today and seen SHOOT ... Its chute as you comment . . How is your steel cable attached to the riser chute? A wire rope clamp to the tab half way around the chute?
you are correct there is a shear bolt holding the cylinder and the D shape together.
Can be seen in the pic with my finger pointing to the cylinder attach point.
Have a choice of 2,2.5, and 3 " bore . all the rest is the same.
Thinking if a use the 20.25 pin to pin and rather then set shute up for the middle I attach the cylinder at shortest point and adjust the cylinder long to 28.25"and find a happy medium so the shute covers the area needed without...
