    Better Lynch Pin?

I buy the black lynch pins. They have a lot stronger lock ring. A little more expensive but well worth it. I get them at tractor supply.

    22 freightliner

My pickup, 2012 Ram 2500 diesel, did that once. I had it towed to the dealer and they drained the full tank. The fuel was black and it had gel it it. They dumped that fuel, and cleaned all the fuel lines and it was fixed. My tractor also did that. I dumped the tank and gel was blocking the...

OEM Tractor Oil vs Shell, Valvoline, Amsoil, etc.

I laughed when I read your reply Not at you but the peanut oil comment. I have a generator I used to carry to hunting camp. I used it to run my weilder on occasion. One time I got out there and the welder would start but then die. It has a 10 HP tecumseh engine. I figured out the oil was...

OEM Tractor Oil vs Shell, Valvoline, Amsoil, etc.

I have used both OEM and Rotella. Not sure I could tell the difference. I can say that my Kubota L3400 has gotten to smoke when I first start it up and if I’m mowing or working it hard a puff will spew out every once in a while.

Big Boar! Tractor was Useful During Hunting Season

I’m in east Texas. I also pull hams and back straps. I try to trap them, there is a guy here that buys them. They process them and sell the meat. They do get trap smart and it can be a challenge. I sometimes if I shoot them I drag them into the woods, coyotes gotta eat.

The tractors I saw on BigIron were brand new, most had 3 hours or less on them. You can go to bigiron.com

I been seeing auctions for Mahindra tractors auctions in Houston. Cab tractors, 70 horse, most selling around $20,000-$25,000. They are new, less than 5 hours, they have loaders. I wonder if they been in floods. I email auctions and ask but got no reply.

Anyone ever had to clear thorny Locust trees?

Thinking about this made me remember, a guy on Facebook Marketplace was selling honey locust trees. I would be more than willing to give them away. You have to dig yourself

Anyone ever had to clear thorny Locust trees?

They say if you cut them 5 new ones will come up from the root. That’s why I spray the stumps. Then keep an eye on them to make sure they are dead. Persimmons are the same way.

Anyone ever had to clear thorny Locust trees?

I have honey locust and you’re right, they are a nightmare. Two years ago I found out that Slime makes a product that works in tires with inner tubes. I ordered 3 gallons. I put about a gallon in each of my back tires and split one in the two front tires. I have not had a flat since. I cut...

Anyone ever had to clear thorny Locust trees?

You and me do the same thing. I cut and spray with the same remedy/diesel formula, usually within an hour or two of cutting them down. I had some piled to burn 3 years and when they caught fire the water in them started to come out the ends. They are a nightmare. I was told honey locust and...

Anyone ever had to clear thorny Locust trees?

I have thousands(it seems like) of honey locust. What I started doing is cutting them down with chain saw and after I get a bunch on the ground I go through and spray the stumps on the top with a mix of 1qt. remedy and 3qt. diesel. That kills the root system. I have a few of the smaller ones...
