Brand new clutch in John Deere 1070 Hooked up mower, engaged PTO, and its slow to get moving and then only gets up to about 60rpms. Tried adjusting the clutch play at the turnbuckle, in both directions, with no luck. It worked great before the new clutch. Any suggestions?
