I thought about that but if I have to have someone pick up something with a gas motor and actually know how to run it I think I would take out 75% of my local city :) Generally we are not in a storm but we had 300 inches of snow so far so when it melts we are going to have an issue.
Looking at purchasing a trash pump or sewage pump to rent out. We got 300" of snow this year and many basements will flood. The gas is higher flow but will require a truck to pick it up. It is louder and requires to be outside. Electric is cheaper to buy but will not flow as much. I am thinking...
Just North of me they tried getting the National Guard to come help shovel but were not successful. Many cattle barns have gone down now. I have been clearing driveways for over a week. Folks have to yell to me from the house as they cannot walk out to the road to greet me. I was at one house...
We are right at 300" so far this year. I will put up a few pics. The first one is of my house and you can see where my Mini Aussie Barney got up there and walked around a while. We had two storms that were 78" and 59". I run a snow blowing route of 79 driveways. I am hoping it quits soon. Enjoy...
A leash appears to be about the only safe way and then let her lie on a padded bed. Never had a dog want to ride in the tractor like she does. She grabs me by the little finger to take me to the tractor.
I have a 20 pound mini Aussie that pretty much goes everywhere with me when I can make it safe. I have a Kubota M6 with an instructors seat and looking for something that can go on that and she will not fall out of. I run a snowblowing route and between going ahead and back she falls off of the...
Yup I have a youtube channel. I do not do much with it. Generally all I get told is I should get a different blower. Like you guys I use what I have. Mine is great for what I do and can go into the deep but not as well as some others. I kind of wanted to show another side of what the blower can...
I am running 900 psi in my 3 pt hitch with a 2k blower that sticks back quite a ways. I notice a little more bounce when the blower is encrusted in snow. I would guess an additional 3-400 pounds. With NY roads the way they are it rides great. Just slowly goes up and down. I also have a shut off...
Posting a couple pics of snow for the folks that want to see some. I do 70 driveways all winter and have been in each of them 40 times so far this year. We have another 1-2 feet coming by Monday. We had an 80 inch storm last month. Mother nature can take a break any time now.
