Why so much tongue weight on 22' car hauler trailers?

My trailer is similar to the ones pictured. When it’s not loaded I can easily lift the tongue onto a hitch. Y hand because the ramps are that heavy. I hate to tow it empty and usually fill a 55 gal drum with water at the front of the trailer if it’s going to be 100+ miles empty then dump the...

Fake news. If something this big was really happening and they were having such dramatic impacts we'd be seeing it in the news.

EA grapple not an option now what?

If I was buying a new grapple I’d look hard at the frostbite or that style. Won’t over tax our small loaders and I’m betting will do all the same work.

    Which land plane today?

I got an iron craft brush hog last fall and am very impressed with it. Brushhog brand would be another I’d look at, Rhino or Dirt Dog as well. Landpride seems way over priced to me.

    Trail Shoes....

Has anyone here tried Sense of Motion, SOM, running shoes? I’ve been searching for a U.S. made option and their the only ones I’ve come across but they look really clunky.

    Trail Shoes....

Only thing I hate about the speedcross is they won't do pavement...you'll start tearing off the little gripper nubs in about .27 miles. If you're 100% trails great but mixed pretty much no go. At least that's how they've been for me. Wore out two pairs.

    Water totes

Get a small pump, unless you get it very high you won’t have enough pressure to over come friction loss in the hose and have anything coming out of a wand. I used a 12v/500 gph bilge pump from Walmart for years and the pump didn’t fail it broke one hose fittings. For $20 worth it.

What do you drive for a truck?

I’ve got a Tacoma, 250, and an 800…my favorite is probably the 800 but end up driving the 250 the most for day to day chores.

    Help me decide

Sounds like a 15 would be just fine too me. I’ve got a M4-071, if I was getting a cutter for it I’d absolutely be looking at a 15, but that’s because I’ve already got a smaller Brushhog for working thick stuff so I know I’d never be pushing it’s capacity with a batwing.
