How to remove X730 PTO switch?

Just to close this out: After waiting for the part to arrive, I was able to take enough of the dash apart to at least see the back of the switch. I was able to disconnect the harness and connect the new switch, albeit hanging outside the dash. Unfortunately, no change - the pto wouldn't...

    RTV Plow electrical connection

I am having some trouble with my RTV900 with plow. The lift doesn't work. :-( How much voltage goes through the connection. If I put a meter on it, then toggle the switch, should it be -12 and then +12? (Or there abouts?) How would you bench test the lift actuator? Thanks, Neil.

    RTV900 Tailpipe

Well, the tailpipe on my RTV900 (320 hours) fell off. The muffler is still there. :-) I don't believe I hit it (or could hit it) on anything. Maybe the spark arrestor got plugged and it blew off?? My thought is to just run it as is. Should I worry about the nearby hydraulic reservoir...

    RTV Wiper and Work Lights

Hello All, Thinking of getting an RTV. Leaning towards a hard cab, any reason not to, besides $$$? How do you turn on the wipers and front work lights on an RTV. Assuming you don't get the console? Is the front plow lift control in the cab somewhere? Probably over-analyzing, as usual...

Cost to rent Tri-axle and driver?

Hello All, ' Anyone know how much $$$ to rent/hire a tri-axle and a driver for a day? A new housing development has something like 160,000 cubic yards of fill to get rid of - all free. Just curious if it would be worth hiring a guy to do a few ( a lot ) loads to fill up a ravine on...

    Kubota G & TG Recall

Hello all, Just got a mailing today from Kubota, referencing a "mandatory campaign" for G & TG series tractors. Anyone know what (and where) a "Drag Link Nut" is? It does not have the proper torque. So, if you have one of these, call your dealer. Have a good one, Neil.
