    Mahindra 4025 4x4 - leaking mystery hose

yes, I had to replace mine https://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/threads/maintenance-thread-for-mahindra-owners.446280/page-2#post-6244472 Also, there was a left hand and right hand version of the line, the way the tube was bent at the banjo fitting. Can't remember which was the correct one.

    Mahindra 3550 codes: P1804 and P405

Every color of tractor seems to have it's own problems. This is fuel related, so maybe a collapsed fuel line, or some impediment brought on due to the fuel cap issue.....?

    Lower Radiator Hose Block Heater

Works great on my tractor, plugged in for an hour before starting means no sputtering or black smoke and fires right up.

Mahindra 4500 runs good then not

Would not use bleach, mixed with fuel could cause toxic fumes.

That's probably the most common cause of a tractor not starting....it's happened to me almost on a yearly basis. I use a rat-tailed file on the round cable connector and stiff wire brush on the battery terminal itself. Thanks for sharing.

    Mahindra 3510 PTO not working

Maybe try putting the FEL back on; perhaps the hydro PTO is not in the circuit without it?

    Mahindra 5155 Anyone?

I have the Mahindra (Kodiac) medium duty, no slip clutch, haven't sheared a pin yet; it has a habit of going out of balance like as if one blade is sticking or something. When that happens, I lower the rpm to an idle and let the blade stop- then slowly restart it until is smooths out. Then its...

Mahindra 6000 radiator drain valve and block drain..

On mine, there is a pipe plug on the left side of the block- it's behind a lot of stuff so hard to see at first- but it's there! Simon

I chased the same problem (2 or so years ago) thinking my battery was dying. Turned out to be the positive cable. It was the type that actually has a nut and bolt connecting the cable to the clamp. I didn't replace it, just tightened it up. As of now I'm still on the original battery, which...

    Tips & Suggestions

I think you may be right, it's about where you get your fuel, how and if you store it, and keeping it fresh. In my case I try to keep the tank full to keep out condensation, buy fuel only when needed, and keep the caps screwed on tight to avoid bugs and dirt. A funnel could actually introduce...

    Tips & Suggestions

You mean, FILTER the fuel you buy? or don't buy or use dirty fuel? I get mine in a 5 gallon can straight from the local Royal Farms.
