    Excessive Garbage/Waste removal fees...

    Anyone have ideas on alternatives to National Serv-All fees? Basically it costs us $5.77 to pick up our garbage every week. If I filled the bucket with aluminum cans i doubt i'd get that much for it!! Any frugal tbn'er ideas? :confused:

    i was looking to do a knockdown finish in my basement.. i had really high estimates to finish my basement and decided to do so myself... however, the estimators said the textured finish would be cheaper than smooth.. why would that be? can i get away with 2 skim coats before the splatter stuff...

    last Friday i saw off road diesel for $2.19/gallon in pennsylvania. I pay about $2.69 for on road in NJ. In Indiana last week i was paying like $2.95 for on road, and the off road is like $2.62. I want pennsy off road prices :(
