The extended warranty on my 2018 F250 was USELESS!
A dealership must be able & willing to do the work, and the parts must be available, in order for a warranty to be useful.
Complete waste of money.
It might appear to be tenuous to some people, but I quit getting the nasty effects from poison ivy, poison oak, & poison sumac after I quit drinking A1 dairy.
In fact, my overall gut health has been really good since-then; going on 12 years now.
It might not be so bad in Oregon if the CCC hadn't planted millions & millions of trees 4 foot apart and if public land didn't have the "dreadknotts" forestry policies.

My 2018 STX gasser had a couple recalls and a couple warranty jobs, but only routine maintenance at 97K miles.
In my experiences, the dealerships are 10X worse than the factories. Warranties are USELESS if the dealerships cannot or will not do the work.
No plans to buy...
Whatever you choose, I respectfully suggest that a buyer knows how to decipher the DOM plate.
"New" could mean a two to three years old piece of equipment....sitting on the lot.
I use mechanical "help" any time I'm cutting near power lines, property boundary, or a structure.
Ladder (at least 1/3 of the height), run a cable in a dog-leg to a snatch block, then to the tractor....99.9% more safe than pushing a tree down with a tractor.
