Study how your seat is attached to the fender pan. On my DK5310SE you might have some awkward wrench angles but it might be possible by just removing the seat and exposing the top of the axle case.
Search the channel "J Hilti" on YouTube. If I recall I think he replaced some part at the top...
Hey Cedar Fields. So I've been researching this a lot and think I finally have it all figured out. Thanks to Kioti Kyle on here that tipped me off to Facebook. If you search for the group "Kioti Tractors Group" on Facebook, request an invitation to be added. The search for posts containing...
I owed a shuttle shift tractor for 11 years while alongside owning a hydro garden tractor for 7 so I have experience operating both. I can also say at the time I drove a manual shift car simply because I preferred it. End of day I think it depends on the person. Some people seem to be perfectly...
Hi, aside from lubricants I don’t think that is your issue. I have a DK5310. I can’t say for certain but I’m pretty sure the design on yours is very similar to mine. My machine is fully hydrostatic. No PTO clutch and PTO is engaged through an electrohydraulic switch.
With the machine off...
I consider myself in similar situation. Bought a larger tractor and bought a 10k equipment trailer to tow it. Around 8500lbs combined when loaded. Also have a 28’ travel trailer that’s 7400lbs loaded on the scales.
I had a 2008 Silverado 1500 with 6L but 4sp. It was time to upgrade and i...
Sorry to hear gumshu. No one wants issues after spending all this money.
If it’s helpful check “bolt1” in the diagram and photo. This is a cap that goes on rear remote valve, where you’d stack a second valve. I had a leak on mine and dealer found one of the bolts was loose. There’s like 4...
I need to study the manual when I’m back home. Was looking up info on cavitation, but it seems like it’s generally on the low pressure side of pump. Would make you think well how do you have cavitation on the pressure side? Though these pumps only build pressure when there’s a resistance to flow...
Yes I have the manual. I bought it from the dealer the day I bought the tractor. It covers the DK10SE series. I’d think it’d be almost identical to the DK20SE as all that really changed was loader joystick, led headlights
Gumshu, on your chattering 3ph check out this video on some reasons this can happen.
This has happened before on mine but isn’t frequent. I know we’re both having the steering unit issue but the hydraulics for the 3ph come from the main pump circuit not the secondary pump which feeds the steering.
Well had a little bit of time before we bugged out for vacation today. Ironically the tractor really wasn’t making the sound for the first 20 minutes and then started to towards the end. I can confirm I did not hear any sound or feel any vibration coming from the hydraulic pump. All of this was...
Unfortunately swapping out fluid is an expensive endeavor….not going to be my first choice. Should be the anything wrong with Kioti fluid from the factory.
I’m headed out on vacation but this thread has inspired me to take a closer look at things. When I get back I’m going to try to see if I...
Interesting! Yes, it reminds me of a cavitation issue, but why? If it is its at the power steering unit and not the hydraulic pump. Cavitation is supposed to be extremely damaging....
I can report it's not the fan belt slipping. Though my dealer said that is a common occurrence from the factory. I just did my 50 hour and ended up adjust the belt tension A LOT! Still makes the sound though.
As far as the jerky 3ph lift, yes mine behaves exactly the same.
That’s a great point. And the behavior is sort of like that. Like wire getting by. However don’t know how that would be possible? The pump is a tandem pump like almost all on market with one main feed from the sump. Hydraulic fluid is full for sure and no issues with the main pump or circuit….?
