That's a good question. The few parts I've needed (I installed the rear remotes kit about a year after purchasing the bare tractor) for my white Kioti I've ordered through MichiganIron. They never asked me what color my tractor was.

You might check TYM, Kioti, and Bobcat if you have decent delears nearby. I see Bobcat website still has the CT2025 HST listed at $20,700 with 'free' loader.

OP Unless I missed something, I have no doubt my CT2025 (and others in that class, including Branson and TYM) could do all the things listed and fit his budget. He won't be able to do things as fast as larger machines but if the budget is firm and the timeline is tight, it could work...

The Bobcat CT2025 and the Kioti CK2610 would both fit with rScotty's recommendations: Stay away from the emissions eqipped tractors - that's the benefit of under 25 hp. And if going HST, be sure to get at least 3 ranges. I'm not sure what the new bells and whistles are on the updated Kioti...
