Morning,
Craftsman model 580.752000.
Fire it up and it surges for the lack of a better word. Acts like it's choking, rpm's run up and then black smoke and almost stalls?
Anyone tell me what's wrong with it? Don't know much about pulsa prime carb.
Any help would be great thanks.

Been building my own shop and almost ready to go. Have tractors, motorcycles, jet ski and classic cars. Worked in machining and welding for 30 years. Looking forward to learning more and helping out where I can.
