Kioti CX2510
These 2 videos will show you everything you need to know on turning the fuel up on a Kioti CK2610, CK2620, CX2510 or a Bobcat CT2025 tractor.

These tractors all share the base 1.6 liter 3A165 mechanically controlled diesel engine. You can cut the protective cap off the fuel screw and also remove some shims from underneath the injection pump to advance the timing.
Doing this can get it back to 34hp if tuned correctly. Doing just the fuel will be around 30hp.

I also show how to replace the cap.

All information is linked in the video descriptions.

Nice vids! wish I could do that to my CK2510 lol. (I've the older verion which is a different motor.) But in my case the engine won't bog down like yours - which makes me wonder if my relief is set wrong or if my hydrostatic pump is in need of help...

Very interesting and well made video (y)

I'm curious to know if the EGT's on a stock CK3510 are similar to your results.

Any mechanically controlled fuel diesel engine can be turned up like this. The CK2510 can be but it's just got a slightly smaller 1.4 liter engine. The Kubota's smaller engines are very similar to this like the L2501.

Pretty sure it would void your warranty. I'd keep that in mind before doing it.
I plan to wait until the warranty is expired before doing mine.

The feller who makes the turbo kit for the Kubota L2501 said he will be making one for this engine eventually. I think he's working on it now but not entirely sure of that, just that his "focus" is on it....

Anyone heard/seen how you can do the dkSe's ? MY 45 would be a little better with a little more HP.

To be clear, this will void the manufacturers (KIOTI) warranty. It is also illegal, but that is probably a mute point these days.

His machine is well past warranty, lol.

Got a kick out of the video's. He obviously don't know that anything over 1200 degrees at the point where he inserted the thermocouple probe, the pistpns were well over 1200 degrees, at which combustion chamber temperature can cause the aluminum pistons to start melting. Warranty or not is not germane and really that is no way to ascertain true horsepower increase, you must use a dyno coupled to the PTO stub to ascertain that.

I see what Kioti did to circumvent the EPA max power mandate.

I turned up both of my M9's a bit but I gad Dennis, the lead mechanic (he dislikes being called a 'technician' at my dealership but ony with his approval and he clocked the power increase on their dyno (my dealership has a dyno) coupled to the PTO stub.

Stock, the M9000's make 82 pto horsepower and I wanted a bit more power plus a bit more torque and Dennis turned them both up to 93 and 95 respectively. He assured me that neither engine would be adversely impacted at all and so far, they are just fine. The do black snoke a bit under heavy loads but that is it and I feel no 'seat of the pants increase either. Far as fuel goes, I use a little more but remember, I'm carrying 35 gallons of diesel in the saddle tanks. When loaded heavy and smoking, I always back off to let the engine cool down a bit and I always idle the engine for a few minutes prior to shutdown to let the turbochargers cool down as well. Hot turbo's will coke the hot side bearings if you don't idle the engine, especially after working hard.

Mine are completely devoid of any EPA mandates so that isn't an issue. Dennis told me I could turn them up to 100 pto horses if I wanted to but I erred on the side of longevity.

Don't want melted pistons or cooked turbochargers. They aren't race cars, they are farm/utility tractors.

I like blowing smoke, just not in excess.
