Remodeling New-Mossflower... Remodeling a 1973 Brick Farm house into my Dream home...

Before and after staining the one hardwood trim in the new bedroom, a boat ride on my buddies boat with my GF and daughter, Comcast arrived BEFORE the concrete and put a small conduit in for my cable, custom granite thresholds (they will match the countertops) for the master bath, COLOR in the Powder room & mudroom.

Hall bath also got painted today, did not get pics yet.

I got married again a year ago. House is 98.237% done. I'm thinking about downgrading my tractor to a skid steer. and I can't remember how to add pictures it seems...

The issue is the tractor does to many things I just don't need and it's too big... Mostly.

The skid steer will do MUCH better at Dirt Work which is alot of what I'm doing now.

last time the tractor was really useful was grinding the stumps where the new driveway for the new garage addition was going to go.

My wife drives a 2024 EcoBoost Mustang. I got the 2016 GT350 June 24, and just picked up the GT500 Ragtop in Feb so I need to change the nick name of my place to The Mustang Ranch!!!
