So... This is something out of order. Last fall I believe I removed this really cool Dutch Door (Originally it was the back door, then they enclosed the back porch into a "Garden room?" and when I added the mini-split HVAC I relocated this door to the door of the "Shop" out in the "Barn". Too cool to let it go away, and now the shop has a lock.

Yesterday, they prepped the Garage floor with stone dust, gravel, TONS of rebar, and "Grade Beams" that will hold up the floor regardless of the soil type etc.

I am really close to able to order all of the rough-in inspections so I can begin "Close-in" with insulation, drywall, etc.

I need to fill in the last like 5 crazy weeks of progress...

Siding is close to done. The Memorial Day cake my Daughter made for our BBQ party, the "Shashlik" style wood fired grill with Shashlik cooking, Insulation goes in, and pouring the concrete for the Garage floor!

Drywall starts!!!! Steps from Garage to the mudroom entrance to the house (literally the 2nd New room built), Drywall in master, chilling by the pool, cutting through the plywood side of house to install the garage door. Mudding the drywall in master bedroom & bath.

Mudding the Masterbath, giant closet, the exposed brick from former outside wall, obligatory tractor pic one of the days I was grinding stumps for the concrete driveway, my truck loaded with Brazilian Walnut flooring for the master, My 9' Gandy Pool table FINALLY being assembled, the inside trim of the garage before the door arrived (And my builder's truck), Finished playable pool table!!! (you can see from the Pool Table to the Pool...).
