Hello everyone, i recently picked up a 950. drove and ran nice, no smoke etc. however when i got it home and started using it the oil pressure light came on when idling after mowing for 45 mins. i had just changed the oil with Rotella Diesel 15w40 and a non JD filter before i started mowing. Got the needed adapter and plumbed in a mechanical pressure guage. 60 psi cold, but dropped to 20 after 30 mins or so at 2200 rpm. at idle was about 10psi. Let it cool, then drove back to the barn. Ordered a oil analysis kit im still waiting on. was reading up on bearing replacement and engine overhauls while im waiting for the oil analysis kit and found a few posts about fuel getting in the oil. went up today (tractor has set for a week) and the crankcase is way over full, and i believe i smell diesel fuel in the oil. Still will do the analysi, but wondering what problems with the 950 specifically might allow fuel to get to the oil. Looks like either fuel pump or injectors from what ive read. im leaning towards the pump atm as theres no smoke at startup or any time ive run it.
i did find this old post i found interesting, i plan to torque the delivery fittings next, and if any seem loose change the oil and run it w the gauge installed again.

any other ideas or easy things to check?
much appreciated!
